A leading national construction firm in Minnesota is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead the delivery of a major, technically complex healthcare project valued at $200M+. A senior field leadership role with extensive mechanical, MEP and healthcare construction experience, comfortable managing trade partners and project teams on this large-scale assignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Experience delivering projects>$200M.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and MEP construction.
• Proficiency with site safety and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP trade contractors and subcontractors throughout construction.
• Oversee field operations on a large, complex healthcare project.
• Review drawings and contract documents to identify issues before they impact construction.
• Plan and coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins and work-arounds within complex environments.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality and schedule.
• Lead contractor coordination meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain a strong safety-first culture across all site activities.
