Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to support New Jersey projects. You will oversee field coordination, QA/QC, safety, and supervise subcontractors on ground-up construction sites.

Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reviews, and ensuring adherence to client specifications and field procedures. Strong leadership and communication are essential for large-scale projects with multiple superintendents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in construction.
• Supervisory experience as a foreman or superintendent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedule and status reports.
• Oversee field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors.
• Review progress with Project Manager and client representatives regularly.
