Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is hiring an experienced MEP Superintendent to support projects in New Jersey. The role ensures timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA/QC, safety enforcement, coordination with utilities, and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience in supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports describing project status.
• Oversees field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces.
• Reviews status and progress with the Project Manager and client representatives.
