seeks a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the full lifecycle of data center projects. You will manage all field MEP activities from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of complex systems. This role requires coordinating with preconstruction, design, and trade partners, directing on-site activities, monitoring schedules and budget, and leading safety and quality programs

Qualifications

7+ years of field MEP management on large-scale commercial projects, including 3+ years on data center or mission-critical sites.
Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
Familiarity with Southeast U.S. markets, labor forces, and local codes.

Responsibilities

Preconstruction: review MEP design docs for constructability and value engineering; participate in trade partner selection and baseline scheduling.
Construction: direct on-site MEP activities, coordinate meetings, monitor safety, and enforce quality per contract docs.
Closeout & commissioning: oversee startup, testing, and turnover of as-built docs and training materials.
