Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group in Arizona is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects. You will drive installation, testing and commissioning across complex mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating subcontractors and project teams to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Experience through the commissioning process with L1–L5 IST exposure.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to lead complex field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP field operations across major hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Commissioning, QA/QC and Safety teams.
• Ensure MEP installations align with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate MEP activities with overall construction sequencing.
• Identify and resolve field issues and coordinate technical solutions.
• Manage equipment start-up and system testing.
• Support commissioning activities from L1 through L5 / IST.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams during functional and integrated testing.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
