Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead technical delivery, coordination, and commissioning of MEPF systems on large commercial projects. This role focuses on hands‑on leadership for facility management processes, commissioning management, and ensuring operational project readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with MEPF/building controls exposure.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, commissioning, QA/QC practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEPF delivery, coordination, and commissioning across projects.
• Manage trade partners through design, Inspections, and Cx testing.
• Develop commissioning plans and CPM-based schedules.
• Drive Operational Project Readiness (OPR) and CxM services.
• Review drawings, submittals, and specs for operability.
