Thomas Young Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its MEP Engineering team in Minneapolis. You will manage multiple projects, interface with clients, and expand service offerings by collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires a strong technical background, 10+ years PM experience, and the ability to work in-person approximately 2 days per week. PE license and LEED AP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• PE license preferred.
• Deltek experience preferred.
• LEED AP certification preferred.
• 10+ years project management experience.
• Able to work in-person approx 2 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Interface with clients and provide strong technical guidance.
• Consult with client to determine project scope, requirements, budget and timeline.
• Generate work plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to client’s request.
• Develop and execute contracts for projects.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative goals for each project.
• Foster a collaborative work environment across teams.
• Provide direction, guidance and mentoring for project development and team members.
