Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their employee-owned engineering and consulting firm in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead the electrical design from planning through construction and post-occupancy, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes project leadership, communication, and documentation improvements, with hybrid work options and a supportive culture. PE licensure is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an electrical focus.
• Licensed PE required or in process for licensure (state).
• 8+ years of industry experience on large/complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process from planning through construction and post-occupancy.
• Ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow the team’s capabilities.
