Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects across the United States. This on-site role requires coordinating clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams while traveling to active sites, including Texas and Virginia.

You will lead projects from pre-construction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager or similar.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience with budgets, schedules, contracts and project teams.
• Strong construction and site management knowledge.
• Excellent client and stakeholder-management skills.

• Valid driver's license where required.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced MEP Project Managers to support a strong pipeline of data center projects across the US.

This is an on-site role with regular travel to project sites, including Texas, Virginia and other states. You will lead projects from pre-construction through completion, working with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data center and advanced technology construction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and project delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and project performance.
• Manage risks, issues, changes and project documentation.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings.
• Support mobilisation of current and future projects.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Travel & Field Responsibilities

Willingness to travel across the US is essential.

• Travel to active data center and technology project sites.
• Potential travel to Texas, Illinois and other US states.
• Provide senior project leadership on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers and site teams.
• Attend meetings, inspections and key project milestones.
• Overnight and multi-day travel as required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with ENR-ranked contractors or engineering firms.
• Experience across multiple sites or states.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading project teams.

Salary, Compensation & Benefits

$145,000 – $185,000 base salary per year (depends on experience)
