Job summary

Anova, a division of Shiel Sexton, is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead full lifecycle MEP management on large commercial projects. You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with specs and client expectations.

The role emphasizes project leadership, budgeting, risk mitigation, and collaboration with field supervision and executives to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering, or related field; P.E. or certifications a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive MEP project experience on large-scale commercial construction.
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building controls.
• Proven budget, subcontractor, and multidisciplinary project team management.
• Strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam; familiarity with Navisworks and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP project management across all phases for complex commercial projects.
• Own MEP budgets, cost forecasting, change order management, and schedule oversight; mitigate risks to financial performance.
• Drive MEP subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, scope development, and performance management.
• Serve as senior MEP contact for owners, architects, and engineers; lead technical meetings and resolve design issues.
• Review and approve scopes of work, submittals, RFIs, design changes, and documents for budget impact.
