Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scope on complex construction projects. This role interfaces with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure design, construction, commissioning and handover meet objectives, quality, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 5+ years leading MEP systems on large-scale projects including design, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP scope across all project phases from design through turnover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless delivery.
• Review designs, drawings, specs, calculations, and submittals for compliance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities to ensure readiness.
• Support procurement, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
