WEITZ-ABITAT MISSION CRITICAL seeks a senior preconstruction leader for MEP systems in Des Moines, IA. You will drive estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews to shape project scope and budget from the outset.

In this role you will build strong client relationships, coordinate with design and operations, and ensure a seamless handoff of project details from preconstruction to operations, guiding complex projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

Requires over 6 years of construction estimating or project management experience.
