Qualifications

• 6+ years of estimating or project management construction experience.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering background is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to support business development.
• Lead preconstruction process including estimating and scheduling.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and constructability reviews.
• Oversee design-phase progress to align with scope and budget.
• Coordinate risk analysis and vendor prequalification.
• Ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.
