In this highly visible field leadership role, you will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities from planning through completion, coordinating with owners, contractors, designers, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of multi-phase construction experience.
• OSHA 10-hour required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client’s on-site representative providing daily field oversight.
• Coordinate daily work of general and owner-retained contractors to maintain schedule.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans and contract documents.
• Maintain communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams.
• Organize job sites, field offices, schedules, and project documentation.
• Prepare detailed daily reports with progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photos.
