Job summary

Rogue Architects is seeking a Senior MEP Designer/Engineer I to lead and mentor staff on diverse MEP projects. The role emphasizes supervision, schedules, and delivering high-quality construction documents while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will coordinate multi-project efforts, manage resources, and ensure alignment with codes and standards. Hybrid work with site visits is expected; strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Typically 6–9 years of successful experience designing MEP building systems and managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in engineering CAD software and Energy Compliance Checks.
• Experience with architectural building systems and construction documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff; supervise and train team members.
• Oversee project documentation from planning to closeout; manage timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, manage client meetings, and represent the firm professionally.
