Qualifications

• 8-15 years of documented experience in relevant facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
• Significant experience with Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE Standards.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project teams on energy-focused projects.
• Produce design/construction drawings and oversee construction.
• Act as Client interface for the projects.
• Assess existing mechanical systems.
• Assist in developing subordinate staff.
