Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical/MEP Inspector for a full-time, on-site role supporting data center construction and mission-critical projects. You will review submittals, inspect equipment, and manage deficiency logs via Procore to help deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical or mechanical inspection experience and a solid grasp of construction standards, permits, and safety requirements. Procore proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent education.
• 5+ years’ of Electrical or Mechanical Inspection experience, or 10+ years in commercial field inspection.
• Experience with quality assurance/quality control in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project basis of design and specifications, compile comments and participate in readiness sync.
• Develop inspection and checklist templates to ensure build quality compliance.
• Schedule and lead quality control meetings with the GC and other contractors.
• Review and ensure compliance with QC/Testing/Equipment Protection Plans.
• Conduct thorough inspections and maintain documentation via Procore.
• Provide weekly reports and ensure all observations are closed out.
