Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the full estimating lifecycle for commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC and plumbing projects. You will handle bid strategy, risk assessment, and provide guidance to sales and operations.

This on-site role near Memphis, TN requires strong technical knowledge, independent initiative, and the ability to manage a diverse project pipeline with target margins.

Qualifications

6 to 10+ years of HVAC and plumbing estimating experience for commercial/industrial projects.
Self-perform mechanical estimating with project sizes from $50,000 to $10 million.
Strong design/build leadership and lifecycle cost analysis expertise.

Responsibilities

Prepare and approve detailed cost estimates for HVAC/plumbing service, repairs, retrofits, replacements, and design/build projects.
Lead reviews of service requests, site assessments, blueprints, and feedback to develop accurate estimates.
Own scope, risk, and resources through pre-bid meetings and bid development.
