Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to own technical delivery for complex MEP projects from Tampa, Florida. You will work with clients, oversee mechanical and electrical design, and drive project success in a global team.

In this role you will shape specifications, manage budgets, mentor engineers, and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or working toward licensure.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in complex MEP design across building types.
• Experience with AutoCAD, NES or Cymap.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards.
• Excellent communication across teams and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
