Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 4+ years of mechanical/electrical systems experience.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interrelate on various project types.
• Strong verbal and written communication with leadership to develop a high performing team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Turner project team, subcontractors, owner’s consultants and representatives to ensure alignment and efficient systems installation.
• Prepare and manage the contract item’s list for all components, materials, and systems to keep ROJ dates aligned with the schedule.
• Participate in schedule update meetings and provide current information for accurate scheduling.
• Evaluate and manage the processing of RFIs.
• Manage the budget including review, evaluation, and negotiation of all change orders.
• Supervise, coach and mentor Assistant MEP Engineers.
• Co-lead the MEP Coordination Process with the VDC Engineer to ensure design requirements and quality.
• Prepare scope of work documents with division of responsibility for trades and temporary operations.
• Partner with the MEP Superintendent to resolve conflicts with site logistics and the project schedule.
• Co-lead turnover, start-up, testing, commissioning and closeout processes.
