Turner Construction Company in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to manage end-to-end commissioning for new and retrofit facilities. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams to deliver fully compliant projects and integrate commissioning into the QC plan.

The role requires deep knowledge of MEP systems, ASHRAE processes, and Building Management Systems, with a track record in field and engineering supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program; 12+ years in general construction in MEP roles.
• Minimum 5 years commissioning experience bridging field and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes across trades.
• ASHRAE commissioning certification or deep understanding of its process.
• Experience with Building Management Systems and environmental controls.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, owner requirements, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams to ensure compliant delivery.
• Develop and manage QC and commissioning plans per contract.
• Lead start-up and commissioning meetings and ensure testing and documentation are complete and approved.
