Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent for a full-time role in Franklin Furnace, OH. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, particularly with large sophisticated MEP systems.

This position involves leading MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with commercial construction focusing on large MEP systems.
• Previously managed complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers or stadiums.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and commissioning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee MEP activities from initial phases to project close-out.
• Directly supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop detailed project schedules for MEP systems and monitor their progress.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC programs and safety protocols.
• Manage punch lists and troubleshoot technical issues.
