Qualifications

• BSME or BSAE with mechanical specialty; PE; 15+ years in large-scale building mechanical/E&P systems.
• HVAC and plumbing system expertise; basic knowledge of electrical and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of national/state building codes; sustainability/ commissioning experience; LEED or CEM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and design review of MEP systems for large-scale buildings.
• Perform energy audits, system commissioning, and forensic evaluations.
• Coordinate with site personnel and clients; travel to project sites is required.
• Mentor team members and develop innovative, compliant solutions.
