Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction and/or engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to perform work accurately and on time.
• Develops proficiency in basic M/E tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing budgetary M/E estimates.
• Completes entry level mechanical and electrical activities.
• Performs inspections to ensure specifications are met.

Skills

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications

Ability to build relationships and collaborate

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or architectural engineering
