Interface Engineering in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP) to lead HVAC design across multiple projects. You will own the discipline, supervise HVAC staff, and coordinate with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in MEP/AEC design and consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Demonstrated interaction with clients in meetings or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as discipline lead on multiple projects and take ownership of the mechanical design scope.
• Prepare HVAC drawings, analyses, specifications, and calculations.
• Provide oversight of HVAC support staff.
• Provide construction administration and site observations related to projects.
• Provide exemplary service to team members and clients.
