Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with MEP and CSA focus to lead a key client project. You will manage drawings, specs, and field coordination across GC, commissioning, and client teams, ensuring QA/QC and timely reporting.

The role requires a strong engineering background with MEP/CSA expertise, and experience in Owner’s Representation. On-site work may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with mechanical knowledge and MEP understanding.
• CSA experience in design and site execution.
• Postgraduate level knowledge in engineering or related field.
• Experience in Owner’s Representation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specs, and documents.
• Coordinate with GC, commissioning agent and client on field issues.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Attend field walks and coordinate between trades and architects.
• Prepare reports on KPI and project progress.
• Ensure QA/QC and contract compliance for design drawings.
