Job summary

Danis is seeking an MEP Coordinator to support complex projects across the full lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning. The role emphasizes design coordination, field execution, and technical leadership in delivering high-performance MEP systems for healthcare, data centers, and advanced manufacturing.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on installation experience and strong trade coordination skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
10–15 years of MEP experience in commercial/industrial construction.
Hands-on installation experience with HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and controls.
Experience with healthcare, data centers, high-tech facilities preferred.
Strong coordination across trades and communication skills.
Knowledge of codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Support planning and preconstruction activities including early design coordination.
Review drawings, identify clashes, ensure design standards and constructability.
Lead or support multi-trade coordination to align systems.
Create and update project schedules.
Manage field installation activities with subcontractors.
Support commissioning and turnover readiness.
Conduct quality inspections and manage punch lists.
Build relationships with stakeholders.
Represent Danis in trade associations.
