Job summary

Danis is a trusted leader in construction management, seeking an MEP Coordinator to support complex projects across the full lifecycle—from preconstruction through commissioning. You will coordinate HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and specialty systems, lead cross-trade efforts, and troubleshoot field issues to keep projects on schedule.

You bring 10–15 years of MEP experience on healthcare, data centers, or high-tech facilities, plus a bachelor’s in a related engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of MEP experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Hands-on field installation experience with HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and preconstruction activities, including pre-award interviews.
• Review MEP drawings, identify clashes, ensure constructability.
• Lead or support multi-trade coordination of systems.
• Create and update project schedules for MEP milestones.
• Manage field installation activities with subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot MEP issues in the field and provide practical solutions.
• Support commissioning, ensure turnover-ready systems.
• Conduct quality control, manage punch lists and resolutions.
• Build relationships with owners, engineers and vendors.
• Represent Danis in trade associations and industry events.
