Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead on-site support for integrated projects, coordinating equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC inspections, and L1-L5 commissioning. This role will work cross-departmentally to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in skilled trades, electrical background preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution schemes and equipment.
• Familiar with data center topologies and redundancy schemes.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical project-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site project support for schedules, budgets, resources, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC inspections, and L1-L5 commissioning support.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with requirements; implement QC procedures.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure work is performed safely.
