You will oversee MEP execution from construction through commissioning and turnover, ensuring contractor accountability, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 12+ years of construction management experience focused on MEP systems.
• Experience with electrical distribution, standby power, cooling and controls.
• Proven track record on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience reviewing submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentoring construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery from construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and operations.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
