Actalent is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Commissioning Manager to oversee planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover of high-profile construction projects across healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, manufacturing, and commercial facilities. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as MEP/CM roles with construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and building systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project required.

Aufgaben

• Manage MEP construction, commissioning, and turnover through closeout.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Oversee installation and startup of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, validation and owner turnover.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and procurement.
• Manage changes, documentation, and closeout packages.
