Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join our MEP team in Orlando, Florida. You will lead BIM efforts on multi-discipline projects and collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines to deliver high-quality coordination.

The role requires a strong Revit/Autodesk skill set and 10+ years in MEP design, with frequent travel to other Kimley-Horn offices to provide project support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products.
• MEP design including content creation, families, and schedules.
• Ability to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices extensively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support the expansion of Kimley-Horn’s MEP practice.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other disciplines using Revit and BIM to deliver multi-discipline projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for multiple projects across offices.
• Lead, direct, and grow the business with a high degree of autonomy.
