Kimley-Horn is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join our MEP team in St. Pete, Florida. The role involves leading BIM efforts across multiple projects and offices, coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines, and establishing BIM standards and workflows for efficient collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience, strong Revit design skills, and proven ability to mentor staff and travel as needed to support projects at various offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products.
• Design skills in MEP including content creation, families, and schedules.
• Ability to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices extensively to provide project support.
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
