FAM Brands in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Senior Designer for our Menswear division (Banana Republic lineage) to lead design and development of seasonal collections with elevated, heritage and contemporary appeal.
You'll own concepting, color stories, and line plans, collaborate with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing, and present to stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Centric PLM is required, with 8+ years in menswear design.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in menswear design for elevated, heritage and contemporary brands.
- Strong knowledge of fabric, construction, and trend-driven design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PLM systems.
Responsabilités
- Own the creative direction, design, and execution of menswear collections.
- Create trend-right concepts, color stories, and line plans.
- Sketch flats and develop technical design packages using Illustrator and PLM.
- Collaborate with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing for margin-friendly products.
- Present concepts and seasonal assortments to stakeholders.
- Partner with technical design during fittings to maintain quality.
- Stay ahead of fashion and retail trends for the target customer.
