Job summary

24 Seven Talent in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Menswear Designer to lead seasonal collections with a strong creative point of view, balancing current trends with commercial appeal.

You will collaborate with merchandising, technical design, product development and sourcing teams; develop concepts, color stories, and line plans; and present design direction to stakeholders. This role requires 8+ years of menswear design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PLM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of menswear design experience with elevated, heritage, or contemporary brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PLM.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Centric PLM experience is strongly preferred.
• Interest in fabric sourcing, sustainable design, or emerging apparel technology is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

$95,000 - $120,000
