Smoke Rise is seeking a Senior Men's Designer to lead the creative direction for its mid-to-high-volume streetwear collections. You will shape concepts across denim, knits, wovens, athleisure, and accessories, ensuring brand integrity and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10+ years of design experience in men's streetwear, denim, knits, wovens, athleisure and accessories.
• Exceptional commercial fashion eye with strong attention to detail in product styling.
• Strong technical skills in fitting and spec development with precise corrections.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product lines from concept through delivery.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and the broader Creative Suite.
• Experience mentoring and developing design talent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand-right, commercial designs reflecting the brand direction across denim, knits, wovens, athleisure, and accessories.
• Support seasonal design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and print/graphic direction aligned with brand narrative.
• Develop seasonal product lines with focus on style, fit, and fabrication.
• Partner with Head of Design and Merchandising on line planning and assortment strategy.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, capsules, or licensing.
• Execute design sketches, prototypes, and specifications with precise execution.
• Review tech packs and work with Production on fit and samples.
• Coordinate with sourcing on fabric development, trims, and washes.
• Translate feedback into refined, finalized designs.
• Deliver on design commitments within budget and timeline.
