Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• 5–10 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
• Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the microfab's yield improvement roadmap and prioritise projects by cost-of-yield impact.
• Lead cross-disciplinary root cause investigations across lithography, deposition, etch, wafer bonding, and release/stiction failure modes.
• Build and govern yield models, establish SPC limits, and escalate issues with process engineers.
• Drive end-to-end yield ramps for new products and support risk reduction activities.
• Present yield performance and improvement plans to senior leadership and customers.
