NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer to join the GPU Memory Subsystem IP verification team. You will partner with design and architecture teams to craft verification plans, maintain regressions, and sign off on correctness and performance.

The role supports multiple product lines and offers hybrid work options. Requirements include a BS/MS or equivalent, 6+ years of ASIC verification, and experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and common verification tools.

Competenze

• BS/MS or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of ASIC verification of complex design units.
• Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM for ASIC verification.
• Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS, Debussy, GDB).

Mansioni

• Develop verification infrastructure (testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors, randoms).
• Drive test plan execution for planned features.
• Assess and drive performance test plans for IP verification.
• Ensure code and functional coverage of the RTL under test.
• Collaborate with FPGA and software teams to test software.
