GHD is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead membrane water treatment design and optimization in Southern California. You will guide projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients, regulators, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep membrane filtration knowledge (RO, NF, UF, MBR), and a PE license in California or the ability to obtain within a year. Hybrid work is offered with in-office presence three days weekly.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in water treatment or membrane processes.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with fellow engineers on a wide range of projects.
• Participate in the planning, design and construction oversight of membrane water treatment related infrastructure projects.
• Develop technical reports and proposals.
• Guide, train, develop and mentor junior and intermediate process engineers.
• Work with clients for planning purposes, providing updates and building positive relationships.
• Interact with clients, suppliers, and regulators to help create successful concepts
