Your role will involve coaching CMSRs, managing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence in member interactions. You will collaborate across departments to enhance the member experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of CMSRs to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor real-time operations to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
• Analyze recurring member issues to identify process gaps.
