Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and refer to other business lines.
• Refer members to additional product solutions.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies.
• Support branch operations and opening/closing duties.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Mentor MSR team and collaborate with colleagues.
