We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff who is passionate and creative about building complex architectures to join our Cloud Service Engineering Infrastructure team. You will have the opportunity to drive the development of our next-generation Analytics Applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable application frameworks for enterprise applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across multiple realms and regions.
• Implement application containers and scalable architecture patterns for multitenanted services.
• Create scripts and tools for automated deployment using our CI/CD framework.
• Configure logging, telemetry, and alarms for infrastructure monitoring, and develop automation tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to gather platform requirements and adapt the platform accordingly.
• Make design and roadmap decisions considering broader business impacts.
• Manage global service deployment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure internal security compliance and lead its implementation.
• Iterate rapidly with testable artifacts and collaborate with a talented engineering team.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a top university.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software application development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and API development.
• Experience with multi-region cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Proficiency in building REST APIs with Spring Boot/Hibernate.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container deployment.
• Deep understanding of Spring, Micronaut, OCI, and related configurations.
• Strong design skills for software systems and SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
