Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a software engineer to help build AI-powered experiences for marketing and data workflows. You will prototype AI concepts, evaluate approaches, and collaborate with a compact team to ship new product ideas that form the basis for new lines.

You’ll participate in architectural decisions for AI systems, evaluate where different language models fit, and build production data agents to answer analytics questions using customer data.

Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of software engineering experience building core products.
• Experience building AI products beyond basic retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong backend engineering skills and a software engineering focus.
• Experience as a product engineer in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong CS or mathematics fundamentals with exposure to AI concepts.

What We're Looking For

• Five to twelve years of software engineering experience building core products, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning contexts.

• Professional experience building AI products, including complex applications beyond basic retrieval-augmented generation.

• Strong backend engineering skills and a software engineering-focused background.

• Experience as a product engineer in a fast-moving startup environment, with the ability to take products from early concepts through iteration.

• Strong technical aptitude, structured thinking, product intuition, and the ability to explain technical problems and AI opportunities clearly.

• Strong computer science or mathematics fundamentals, with exposure to AI concepts.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $200,000 to $320,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
