Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, member services, program administration, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reporting, metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing program participants.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and resolve credentialing, testing, and account-related issues.
• Manage operational workflows, records, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver an exceptional participant experience.
• Support administrative, fulfillment, and accounting-related processes as needed.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
