Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Associate, Member Claim Processing to lead our Medicare Advantage claim handling. You will own the end-to-end processing of member claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while upholding member trust.

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology or fast-paced operations is preferred.
• Able to write clearly and concisely for member communications and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution of member claim processing.
• Monitor queue timeliness, aging, and turnaround against SLAs.
• Escalate risks and collaborate with Claims Ops, Configuration, and Tech teams.
• Support member claim appeals and cases as needed.
