Devoted Health is seeking a Claims Benefit Configuration Senior Associate to oversee setup, analysis, mapping, testing, and implementation of claims benefits and cost sharing. You will coordinate with MedProduct, Clinical, and Claims teams to ensure accurate configuration and effective communication.

The role requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Remote-friendly with a national scope.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data sets to generate insights and action.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-impact workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of claims configuration including benefits and authorization.
• Manage the claims benefit configuration inbox and respond to stakeholder questions promptly.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures for claims configuration.
• Lead annual readiness for benefit configuration and BID application management.
• Oversee denial reasons mapping and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
