Determine causes for deviations and recommend corrections.
Provide reporting on Mill performance against KPIs.
Investigate and recommend improvements.
Work with managers for consistent performance.
Monitor product quality with Quality Assurance.
Assist in training operator development.
Communicate with external resources about performance.
Initiate communication for improvement initiatives.
Assess infrastructure for optimization opportunities.

Education
