Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a driven sales leader responsible for developing and executing the joint business plan for the Meijer account. You’ll lead a cross-functional team across category, finance, shopper marketing, and digital to align on objectives and drive growth.

You will manage DPSM programs and deliver insights that translate into national plans and share gains, while tracking progress and streamlining efforts for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in sales, customer management.
• Proficient in customer, category and trade management.
• Experience with Meijer or similar CPG retailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team to develop and execute an Omni-channel JBP with Meijer.
• Drive DPSM (distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising) programs that support category and KC growth strategies.
• Develop insights and plans to deliver national share growth.
• Track performance against JBP goals and take corrective actions to close gaps.
• Identify opportunities to streamline activities for higher value.
