Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a sales-driven professional to manage the joint business plan for the Meijer account, coordinating across category, finance, shopper marketing, and digital teams. You will work closely with Meijer’s buyer and leadership to ensure brand strategies translate into strong execution and growth.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, delivering omni-channel JBP results, and driving DPSM and national plan execution to achieve growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years' exempt sales or customer development experience.
• Proficiency in customer, category and trade management.
• Experience with Meijer or similar multi-channel customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team to deliver an Omni-channel JBP with Meijer, driving financial goals.
• Develop and execute DPSM programs supporting category and KC growth strategies.
• Generate insights and plans to execute national plans for share growth.
• Monitor PERFORMANCE metrics and implement corrective actions to meet JBP targets.
• Identify opportunities to streamline activities and prioritize high-value work.
• Advance strategic priorities like Line Reviews, JBP, and Innovation Summits.
