BCD Meetings & Events in Spring, TX is seeking a Senior Meeting Manager to lead corporate meetings, leadership events, conferences, and special programs from kickoff to final recap. You’ll be the trusted partner for stakeholders, guiding strategy, elevating the attendee experience, and keeping every detail on track.

This onsite role requires a polished, proactive leader who can manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and use Cvent and event tech tools.

Qualifications

• International meeting and event experience; strong destination/travel knowledge.
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and high-visibility programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Webex, and Zoom.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex corporate meetings and events.
• Build relationships with executives, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, and contract negotiations.
• Use Cvent and event tech tools for registration, communications, reporting, mobile apps, and onsite.
• Juggle priorities and keep timelines, logistics, and communications on track.
